Forecast and field feedback
If a Snowpack forecast differs from what you observe in the mountains, please let us know. When possible, include the location, date and time, map layer, forecast date, and a description of what you observed. Coordinates, photographs, and screenshots are especially helpful.
Please also submit relevant snow and avalanche observations directly to your local avalanche center. Snowpack Labs is not a replacement for professional observation-reporting channels.
Send forecast and field feedback to hello@snowpacklabs.com.
Professional inquiries
We welcome inquiries from avalanche professionals, guides, researchers, public agencies, mapping platforms, outdoor organizations, and others interested in working with Snowpack Labs.
If you are interested in data access, product integrations, research collaborations, or other partnerships, email hello@snowpacklabs.com with a brief description of your organization and what you have in mind.
Emergencies
This email is not monitored continuously, and Snowpack Labs cannot provide emergency assistance or real-time backcountry guidance.
If you are experiencing an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency or search-and-rescue authority. Do not delay emergency action while waiting for a response from Snowpack Labs.
